Key Features
Ultra-Wide 110.5° Angle of View
The 15mm focal length on a full-frame sensor delivers an expansive 110.5° field of view, allowing you to capture sweeping landscapes, tight interior spaces, and dramatic architectural compositions with ease. This ultra-wide perspective creates a sense of depth and scale that draws viewers into the image.

0.5x Macro Magnification (1:2 Reproduction Ratio)
What sets this lens apart from conventional wide-angle primes is its macro capability. With a 0.5x magnification ratio, you can fill the frame with small subjects while retaining the environmental context provided by the wide field of view. This makes it ideal for close-up photography of flowers, insects, textures, and small objects where the background tells a story.

Extremely Close Minimum Focusing Distance
The lens allows you to focus as close as 1.4 inches (36 mm) from the front of the lens. This incredibly short working distance enables you to get right up against your subject, creating intimate macro perspectives that are impossible with standard macro lenses.

10-Pointed Sunstar Effect
The 5-blade aperture diaphragm produces distinctive 10-pointed sunstars when photographing bright light sources. This creative effect adds visual interest to landscape and cityscape images, turning point light sources into striking starburst patterns that enhance the overall composition.

Advanced Optical Design
The lens incorporates 16 optical elements arranged in 11 groups, including aspherical elements to control spherical aberrations, ED elements to reduce color fringing, and HR elements to improve light transmission and overall image clarity. This sophisticated design ensures sharp, high-contrast images from center to corner with minimal distortion.

Compact and Lightweight Construction
Measuring just 2.8 x 1.9 inches (70 x 47.7 mm) and weighing only 10.9 oz (308 g), this lens is highly portable and easy to carry in any camera bag. Its compact size makes it an excellent travel companion for photographers who need to pack light without sacrificing creative flexibility.

Manual Focus and Aperture Control
The lens features a fully manual design, giving you complete control over focus and aperture settings. This is ideal for photographers who prefer a hands-on approach and want to fine-tune every aspect of their image without electronic interference.

62 mm Front Filter Thread
The 62 mm filter thread allows you to attach screw-in filters such as polarizers, ND filters, and protective UV filters. This versatility expands your creative options for controlling light and achieving specific visual effects.
